REALLY? I CAN buy a gun online?

Yes, In Canada - you can - provided you have all the necessary information that we can then feed to the Canadian Firearms Center so they can check you out and approve your purchase. Remember that we do not ship until we hear from the RCMP that you can have that gun.

Return Policy?

We understand that there will be times when you need to return product to us.

Before you do, please contact us for a Return Authorization #.

Write the Return Authorization # clearly on the package and mail it via standard mail to our address. Guns require signatures.

Note: We will refuse any shipment that does not have a Return Authorization # and we never accept COD packages

REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE AND MUST BE IN UNUSED SHAPE & BE ACCOMPANIED BY UNDAMAGED PACKAGING (IE GUN CASE, WRAPPER, ETC.)

THERE WILL BE A 15% RESTOCKING CHARGE FOR ITEMS RETURNED THAT ARE NOT EITHER FAULTY, INCORRECT OR DAMAGED (IE. IF YOU SIMPLY JUST DON'T WANT IT.)

What if something is out of stock or backordered?

If something you have purchased is out of stock or backordered, you will be contacted immediately with an estimated delivery date.

If you are paying by credit card; we will not charge it until the product ships.

If you are paying by EMT, we will not accept your EMT transfer, and ask you to send it when the product is available to ship.

Got Any Used Guns?

As a rule; we don't deal in used guns.  Here's our exceptions.

Occasionally, the staff want to turnover their firearms; so we'll post them here for sale as used.

On the Rare Occasion, we will get a firearm from a manufacturer that wasn't able to be sold as new (cosmetic shipping damage, mistakenly sent to Canada, factory blemished, etc.) - we'll post them here for sale too.

Also Rarely, we'll have firearms that have been used for demonstration (trials at Law Enforcement, gunshow, etc.) or display purposes (which usually scratches or dings them up). They will be posted here too.

Other than this, we don't sell used guns.

PS - We never take trade ins, but many of our dealers do.

I'm not in Canada - There's something I want to purchase.

Sorry, we only sell our products in Canada.

How do you ship?

We ship pistols, parts and accessories via Canada Post, expedited service unless otherwise requested.

Every Package requires a signature. If you are not home with the parcel arrives; it will go to your post office for pickup.

Firearms must go expedited (ground) service, Canada Post & the RCMP says so.

All Firearms are shipped to their registered address; no exceptions - when approval is received from the appropriate government body. (CFO, CFC, etc.)

We ship long arms via Canpar or Canada Post - depending on which one offers the best price.

We ship Bullets and Ammunition via Canpar.

We are innundated with electronic communication, which forces us to check our email only once a day.

All voicemails that come in during our business hours are returned same day.

We are available to answer phone calls Monday through Friday; 8:30 to 4:30 Atlantic time.

That's 1 hour ahead of Toronto, 3 hours ahead of Edmonton and 4 hours ahead of Vancouver.

If you get our voicemail, we're either on the phone or out for a very short time. Please leave a message - we try very hard to return all voice mails that come in during office hours the same business day.

I want to visit you - Where are you?

Sorry, we do not operate a drop in location.   The majority of our business is wholesale to dealers and the retail is mail order.

We prefer to keep our physical location confidential for security reasons.

My new gun looks like it was fired? Did you?

As much as we love to shoot here, we don't have the time to shoot the guns we sell.

All the major manufacturers test fire thier guns. They rarely clean them after test firing.

Do you have a Lay Away Plan?

No, we do not - some of our dealers might.

Do you take Trade-Ins?

No. We don't. Many of our dealers will, though - give them a try.

Gun Parts Sales

All parts that we sell are designed to be installed by a professional gunsmith.

Please do not attempt to install them yourself. Seek professional assistance. Assume that all parts will require fitting.

We do not accept parts that have been installed or have been attempted to be installed for return.

Magazines & Magazine Base Pad Warranties

Magazines: We are aware the magazines that we sell for pistols and rifles are regularly dropped on hard surcases; rock, concrete, etc. They are also used in inclement weather and without proper aftercare, could rust. Due to that fact, we only offer a warranty on magazines of 30 days.

Base Pads: Due to the nature of the application of magazine base pads, (They are regularly dropped on the ground; concrete, wood, rock and gravel surfaces) We are not able to offer anything other than a one week warranty on them.

Aftermarket Magazines: The guns we sell are warranted for use with the magazines provided by the manufacturer. While other brands of magazines might work with them; we offer no guarantee other than for the magazines provided by the manufacturer. We recommend that if you purchase magazines from some other manufacturer from us or from another reseller; you check with them as to how well they work with our firearms.

Deposits

Deposits are to ensure that you get what you want and we do not sell it to someone else or because what you have ordered is so different that very few of our customers would would also want it. (ie. it's custom!) When we take your deposit, we will likely be turning away customers that we could have sold that product to. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE after one week. The balance for the product is due when it comes in.  If you do not pay for the item that you have left a deposit on within 2 weeks of arrival and notification; your deposit will be forefit.

NO MORE LETTERMAIL SHIPMENTS

After multiple lost letter mail orders, we have decided to only ship via parcel mail (of which we have never lost any outbound)  This means that the minimum shipping cost will now be $15 regardless of the order. We are sorry to do this, but we can't afford any more reports of lost inventory en-route to customers.

I have a concern with a product that you import (gun, holster, etc.) but I bought it at a dealer.

Your first line of support is where you purchased the product. If you bought it at a dealer, you need to contact them. They are the ones that can issue a refund or exchange.  They are aware of when you got the product, etc. If you purchased it directly from us, then we can help.
